We don't have a pic, but on Sunday Sept 3rd, Kitt and I went for a walk down a trail that's between the 2 birdges in Bloomfield.  There is a creek that runs into the Kennebecasis and while we were there we scared up a small heron that was perched in a tree.

At first I thought it was an American Bittern, but it didn't fly like it, and the wings were wrong.  Kitt's statement is that it has really yellow legs.   I can't verify it, hoping to go back down and check for it though I'm thinking it might be gone by now, but I think it was an immature Yellow Crowned Night Heron.
