Paul, GPS Lower Jemseg... 45.771543, -66.119196

Also there are lots of Wood Ducks between McGowans Corner and Jemseg along Rte 105 - in the fields across from the river. There will be lots more ducks there after this rainy upcoming week I suspect.

Thanks Paul. Lower Jemseg is on route 715 from Jemseg. Once there, take the Jemseg Ferry rd and you will find nice bird habitat on both side of the road beginning at the power station. There is a pretty good chance the Wood Ducks are still there but are very shy. The Owl was seen off the #2 Highway around the Mill Cove exit. Good luck and happy birding.

Hello

Nice Wood Duck and Snowy Owl pictures.

I've never seen a Wood Duck or Snowy Owl in person and would like to.

Would it be possible to get a bit more information as to the area of Lower Jemseg you were at?

GPS coordinates possibly if known?

If there is a chance that these birds are still around, I might go for a drive to the area this weekend.

I'm guessing the duck more than the owl might still be hanging around.
