Nathan, The rusty blackbird is still here everyday He has turned out to be quite a feisty bird at the feeders. Would you like all the different birds in the yard and if you do where would you like me to send you the information? Sounds like you are going to be very busy. Enjoy! Cheryl

Thanks Nathan! I am enjoying this site a lot so far, I feel so "at home", because how often do you meet 16 year olds that like birds as much as I do! I most certainly will check that out today or tomorrow! Thanks again!

I don't think that have my phone message yet - we are going to Mt Carleton this week and the grandkids will be with us next week. We should talk because the tanagers are very difficult to shoot but then you might have better luck than me. It was along the 4 wheeler trail - 2 singing males. The other op will be baby loons on the lake on the parents back. The bugs were terrible and the trail is muddy. It is very shaded under the leaves.

Nice meeting you too Nathan. I didn't see much out there after you left - it was most likely too hot for the birds...I'm off to Grand Manan/Machias Island next week - so a return trip to Wilkin's Field will have to wait. I definitely will get there for a much earlier start next time around.
